Anybody out there love dogs?
Or funny cars? Or all things French? Then listen up, because it's
time to take a break and say hello to Gigi and Alphonse. With
these two cuties and their car on the wall, all us dog-lovers
can just lighten up for a while. A well-travelled duo, "Gigi
and Alphonse" are cheering people up far from the dogs' own
home in Provence. In fact, these two canines can even be found
on an office wall in Albania.
This whimsical art print makes a wonderful gift. Why not buy one
for those special dog lovers, offbeat-car buffs, or francophiles
in your life? With its rich, warm tones, "Gigi" frames
beautifully and fits gracefully within a wide range of decor.
Wondering whether these giclee "cardogs" would work in your own environment? Then take advantage of the Four Winds Art (FWA) two-week trial. If, upon receiving your print, you discover that "Gigi and Alphonse" bark too much or are otherwise uncongenial, simply return the dogs within fourteen days for a refund of the purchase price.
Gigi and Alphonse actually exist (as does "their" car), although very possibly with different names. Artist Dan Edwards came upon these little guys and their vehicle outside a bakery early one morning while barging with his wife and pals in Southern France. The dogs are waiting for their master, who's left his chaps to guard the car while he buys breakfast croissants. Tough job, but somebody's gotta do it!
